Mata Vaishno Devi Katra

The Vaishno Devi Temple is located in Katra, Jammu and Kashmir, India. The Vaishno Devi as well known as Vaishnavi, Mata Rani, Trikuta is a demonstration of the Hindu Goddess Mata Adi Shakti also known as Chandi or Durga. The temple is on a mountain and you need to climb the mountain about 14 km to reach the temple. You can reach the temple by airway, roadway and railway. The Jammu and Kashmir airport is the closest destination to the Katra and from there you can easily reach the temple. If you want to travel by train, you need to get down on the Udhampur railway station and from there it would be easy to reach the temple. If you want to go by bus, you need to first go to Jammu and Kashmir and from there you can take bus to reach the temple.
